Well, a letter today from the South Australia BDM office – no record found for Brian Charles Besley born early 1866. Strange, his wedding certificate and the entry in the family bible both point to there. I’ll have to do some more digging!
I had 5 more marriage and death certificates arrive today from NSW BDM on the Onus and Howell side, so I will copy them up to www.ancestry.com.au at some point in the next couple of days. Starting to fill in some gaps in the trail…
