Upgrade to WordPress
Upgraded WordPress today. Had some issues but all sorted now. Very happy with CentOS, easy to use and maintain. Just need some more RAM for the server now!

Well apart from documentation the servers are completed. Samba now working as a PDC with roaming profiles for my wife’s XP laptop, mail server finished and working with all the Horde issues now resolved. The mail server is finished, although I suspect I’ll be tweaking it for a while yet. I know I haven’t posted the Samba details yet, but I have been busy building the mail server. It’s running postfix, postgrey, amavisd-new, clamav, spamassassin, procmail, cyrus, and horde webmail. Getting there, Horde is working, but still a lot of detail to sort out.
With a lot of help from Google and a good howto for another Linux distro, I last night got OpenLDAP up and running on one CentOS 5.2 virtual server, and 3 other servers working as LDAP clients, one of which is now running as a Samba PDC with LDAP back-end. Fun running everything on the same server under SSL – Wordpress, WPG2, Gallery2.
Well, most of our web services are now live on the new server – blog, gallery and website. Webmail still to come though. Configuring it all for SSL has been a fun exercise! I have managed to get WPG2 working with Gallery2, WordPress and SSL so I will post up a howto soon.
I have been busy building a new server for home… our current ClarkConnect server runs out of support in a few months, and it’s so heavily changed from the standard install that I am unlikely to want to try and upgrade it.
